GRAFFITI ABATEMENT

• The City of Colusa is responsible for handling issues pertaining to graffiti on public property, which includes parks, streets, sidewalks, street furniture, traffic signals, street lights, water hydrants, and street signs.
• Private property is defined as being located behind a sidewall (such as a building, wall, or fence). Graffiti removal on private property is the responsibility of the property owner.
