The Heritage Preservation Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. and holds public hearings regarding activities affecting designated Historic 
Districts, Historic Resources and heritage properties in the City of
Colusa. The Committee members are appointed by the City Council to
four-year terms.
Meetings are held at the City Hall Council Chambers in the designated historic Colusa Grammar School* Located at 425 Webster Street. * The Colusa Grammar School was built in 1918. The school was dedicated as the Colusa City Hall in 1977, and was listed on the National Historic Register in 1978.
